Distance Surcharge (outside Ottawa) – $25
Homes Older than 50 Years Old – $50.00
Extra Out Building (Small Shed) – $150
Extra Out Building (Garage or Larger) – $175
Mold Test – $125
Air Contaminant Test – $125
Surface Swab Test – $125
Asbestos Test – $125
All inspections include full external and internal thermal infrared scans for no additional charge.
All inspections include sensitive moisture meter testing of any areas that look suspicious for no additional charge.
The prices noted do not include tax.
The preferred method of payment is via online email money transfers.

A receipt for payment will be included in the formal report.
